Provident Hungary wins Excellence in Customer Service Award

Provident Hungary is proud to share the news of the company winning the Excellence in Customer Service Award in the category of personal and call center customer service, based on a series of objective surveys and the opinion of their clients. In the contest, which was announced for the third time, 98% of the clients considered the call center service good or excellent and 96% were satisfied with the personal customer service.

This is the top award to be granted in Hungary for being customer focused.

After 2010, the Call Center of Provident Hungary was granted with the Excellence in Customer Service Award for the second time for its professional and high-quality services. Furthermore, the company also won first prize among large corporations in the category of personal customer service. The competition included organizations such as Telenor, Vodafone, Neckermann, Mercedes-Benz, and so on.

Client First, the organiser of the competition, asked more than 6,000 clients and evaluated almost 2,000 mystery shopping tests during the contest. The ranking was created based on the results of these. In the first round of the quality control process Client First personally asked the competing companies' clients about their opinion and experience in the frame of an objective survey, then they also tested the customer services with mystery calls and shopping.

"The fact that we won the Excellence in Customer Service Award in both categories demonstrates the engagement, persistence and precision of our colleagues. The competition was preceded by a long preparation: special trainings, tests were conducted and all of our colleagues showed outstanding commitment to be successful." - points out Botond Szirmák, Country Manager.
