During the course of the presentation, Ms. Adamecz Raj recalled her experiences in relation to due diligence and Mergers & Acquisitions transactions, focusing on the problem areas of M&A processes.

She highlighted the factors that could/may lead to unsuccessful M&A transactions. In addition to the specifically designated problems, solutions were also offered to carry out many successful M&A transactions in the future. The presentation was supported by BDO's specific knowledge gained from many years of experience, and legal aspects were explored by dr. Judit Budai, Lawyer at Szecskay Attorneys at Law.
