For 2016, we would like to offer a new exciting initiative for our members. We are happy to announce the launch of the ”Coaching Excellence” Programme whereby one top management member, a C-level executive of every BCCH member company, such as a chairman/chairwoman, chief executive officer, managing director, president, executive director, executive vice president, and management members, may have the possibility to participate in a pro bono coaching programme.
The BCCH, jointly with the lead of BCCH member Coaching Without Borders (CHN) and internationally accredited Hungarian coaches, offers this programme both in English and in Hungarian. We welcome leaders to this tailor-made individual development possibility whereby coach and coachee can jointly agree on how best to use and what focus to find for the 3-5 pro bono coaching sessions (each 60 minutes) that are offered under this programme. The Hungarian business and executive coaches, who will be participating in the project, have many hours of coachwork experience and have successfully taken the ICF international accreditation exam, which means that they abide by the professional coaching standards and coach ethics of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the largest coach organisation in the world with over 24,000 members.
The purpose of the ”Coaching Excellence” initiative is to show the value of professional coaching as it contributes to personal development and leadership success. The ”Coaching Excellence” programme is for the benefit of those leaders who are committed to developing their personal and leadership skills in order to reach new heights of business performance and results.
Please note that this programme is for BCCH members only. If you are not a member of the BCCH but wish to participate in the Coaching Excellence Programme, please see the membership section on the website, or contact the BCCH office for more information on how to become a member.
If you wish to apply as a coach, you must own an ICF - International Coach Federation Credential as it is a prerequisite. To apply for the programme, please send an email to Ádám Madarász by Monday, 31 October 2016.
Ms Judit Ábri von Bartheld (Director of Coaching Without Borders - CHN) will be responsible for helping you to find the most suitable coach for your coaching process. You can view her LinkedIn profile by clicking here.
