1. Chamber events – with a British flavour
Members can get a great insight into a wide range of business/professional topics and take advantage of networking opportunities at regular business breakfasts/lunches/dinners, seminars, roundtable discussions, as well as networking and expat events.
2. Special areas of focus
The Chamber helps members enhance their professional knowledge and acts as a facilitator of knowledge sharing between large enterprises and smaller companies, enabling members to share their experience and best practices with each other, while also presenting their issues to stakeholders and the wide public with the Chamber’s support. Key focus areas for the 2019-2020 Council year are new events (social and professional), CSR, mentoring, SME, government relations, training courses, and the BCCH Tax & Legal newsletter.
3. Publications
Members are provided with the chance to gain more visibility and credibility through electronic and printed BCCH publications, which are circulated within the business and diplomatic circle in Hungary, the region, and Britain as well.
4. Business information and services
Our members are always welcome to make use of the knowledge and long-term local business experience of other BCCH members and the Chamber itself and get advice on the business environment and support in setting up a new business. The BCCH, as a member of COBCOE, the umbrella organisation of British Chambers in Europe, can also assist you in getting information on the business environment in the CEE area or in other European countries.
5. Special Chamber discounts to members & Member-to-member offers
We also make sure that companies can save money through their membership and benefit from services offered by the Chamber to members at discount prices or even for free, and also from a wide range of special business offers provided by other BCCH member companies.
